I feel that with enough prodding, anyone can be tied to interests in the banking industry. A little known fact that I stumbled upon a while back was this:

Republican Minority Whip Eric Cantor's (one of the most staunch opponents to the TARP program) wife was the recipient of the bailout. The bank for which she is employed received more than $200 million from the federal government. When in Congress, whose spouse isn't a banker?
