Rangel Is Found to Have Violated House Ethics Rules
Former Democratic Ways and Means Committee Chair Charlie Rangel (NY-15) has been found guilty of 11 ethics violations. I wonder if his awfully close election would have gone the other way had this ruling had come out a couple of months ago...

Yea it most liekly would have cost him some votes but not having a serious opponent makes me think maybe he still would of won.
