Well i am all for fiscal responsibility and digging ourselves out of this financial mess we are in, but to me and this is only my opinion, the "new" plan the republicans have come up with seems to be nothing more then pretty words and nice thoughts. This actually ties in with what we talked about briefly in class about how politicians just use symbols to get people on their side. Overall from what i have read and heard the plan seems to be missing a small important feature...the plan itself! Hopefully I am wrong and they actually do know what they are doing and if they win the majority of the seats then I hope they fix our broken country.
I have to agree, you can say what you want to do, in which all politicians do, but many do not actually establish and follow through with a plan. Everyone wants to establish more jobs among other things because of the economy. Hopefully they actually do something about it.
