Really

Somebody please help me understand what is going on in this country! I always thought that if something is “illegal” it is prohibited from someone or some organization to do. So please tell me this isn’t true what I’ve just read, that it’s okay for people the country illegally are politically campaigning for a “Democrat” for votes. Wow, where are we headed?

Interesting article and an interesting topic. I don't know of any laws prohibiting non-citizens from canvassing neighborhoods. If is it illegal, you have to ask yourself, is it okay to break a law like this. Perhaps a similar example may shed some light on the subject. Was Rosa Parks wrong for sitting in the front of the bus? Were civil rights leaders wrong for fighting against segregation? Was Gandhi wrong for picking up salt or weaving his own linens? This is an important discussion about right and wrong and whether there is a higher good that should be obeyed over the lower level law of the land.
