Can Reid ratify a treaty?
On top of a huge backlog of House bills, many with broad Republican support, Harry Reid now has a Supreme Court Justice appointment to approve and a nuclear arms treaty to ratify. Of course, Republicans are threatening to fillibuster.

Yeah, Reid definitely has his work cut out for him! Especially with having to campaign and worry about losing his Senate seat. With everything that's going on, he doesn't really have time to sleep over the next 7 months.
