Probably a smart idea to target seniors. Since it seems like they are most likely to vote in elections. This could be for a wide variety of reasons, but it seems like they have better turnout than younger people.
I agree that targeting seniors is a wise move. Although there was an unusually high turnout of young voters for the Presidential election two years ago, I feel that less young voters will be interested in voting for the senate race.
