Bush vs. Congress: The Looming Battle Over Executive Privilege.
The whole idea of an executive privilege reminds much of the nation of Watergate. Look how well that turned out for the President. What steps does Congress take in furthering this investigation? Is there a standing committee on this or has a group of members been put on a select committee to investigate?

Executive priviledge is necessary but sometimes it can be taken too far. This administration has gone way too far with the whole concept.
Oh, yeah. I don't know if you saw the WP article about the misplaced emails today. Man alive, where does it stop? I mean, who can do anything about potentially illegal activity from the administration? Granted, some things obviously need executive privilege, but come on.
