Obama's budget plan
for $3.6 trillion was unanimously voted down by both Republicans and Democrats
414 - 0. With Obama's approving ratings down could this be Democrats attempt to
not lose the House? With the upcoming elections the districts that Democrats
have to either maintain or win back are in the air with Obama's lack of
likability I believe having an effect on them.
