Wisconsin Primary

Well, Super Tuesday apparently hasn't lessened the suspense of who will become the Democratic nominee for the Presidency, so it seems like Wisconsin might actually be an exciting place to be on the 19th of this month. I honestly thought it would be too optimistic to think that a black man and a woman would both have an equal chance for the nomination. We'll just have to see. And according to wispolitics.com, voters will get to see a lot of Obama before the primary. It will be interesting, since Doyle is supporting Obama, while Lt. Gov. Barbara Lawton is endorsing Clinton. So it looks like Wisconsin will be more of a battleground for the Democrats rather than the Republicans, since McCain is looking more and more like a sure thing. And it feels good when Wisconsin gets this kind of attention, so I'm looking forward to the "circus coming to town."

I am sure people selling ad time and space in Wisconsin are happy, as demand will go up, driving up prices and profits. DO we really need more empty promises, and outright lies to sort through? Do we at all remember the past, like Doyle promising not to raise taxes? Or the Democratic Pledge to leave Iraq? Perhaps even my favorite, being told that John Kerry is a Vietnam veteran like a million times (John McCain might go this route). Also if being First Lady is a qualification for President, I might write in Laura Bush. Afterall if she did so much why won't the Clinton's open up the archives? No one in this race excites me enough to say I will vote for them, but one thing is for sure, there will be alot more trash talking, mud slinging, and lies told before all is said and done.

it will be interesting to see what develops in wisconsin. however if hiliary wants enough liberal support she should have set a date to stop in madison this week i think it might hurt her when it comes to voters there

And here I thought Hillary was a U.S. Senator.
